We are departmentalized this year which means that teachers will be teaching specialized areas and students will be switching classes.  Most students will have 3 teachers throughout the day.  Their homeroom teacher will be for arrival & dismissal, lunch, recess, and specials.  They will have Math, Science & Social Studies with one teacher and Reading & Writing with another teacher. These learning blocks will be a block 1 in the morning and block 2 in the afternoon.  The subjects your child has in the morning and afternoon will depend on their individual schedule.
